Akhil Gomantakiya Daivadnya Brahmin Youth Association (AGDBYA) is organizing its 7th edition of Davaidnya Cricket Cup 2025 on 01st and 02nd March 2025 at S.A.G Cricket Ground, Fatorda.
All together total 14 teams from all over Goa will be participating in this tournament, including 2 women’s Team.
The Jersey launch for the same was held on Saturday, 22nd February 2025 at 5pm @ Hotel Cosmique, Margao Railway Station rd., Calconda, Margao.
The function was held in the presence of the main sponsors i.e. “Swaroop” V. S. Raikar Jewellers – Margao, Lotlikars Jewellers – Mapusa, Sanvi Jewels – Margao, Ramakant Jewellers – Margao, Atreya Gold & Diamonds by Jayesh Jewellers – Bicholim, M/s. Saishradha Construction – Verem, Mr. Audumbar E. Pingulkar & Hotel Cosmique, Margao. Also present for the function were representatives of each team (Total 14 teams), Managing Committee, Members of AGDBYA and Media.
Mrs. Seema Vernekar, President, AGDBYA welcomed the guests and briefed about 15 years completion of the association and various activities and social service carried by AGDBYA throughout the year such as Career Guidance Programme, Health Check-up Camp, Books Distribution to the needy, Children Day Programme, etc.
The revealing of the jerseys and caps for the tournament was done at hands of the Sponsors. Also, the unveiling of trophies was done at the hands of Mr. Sahil Lotliker, Secretary, AGDBYA and Mr. Rahul Lotliker, Treasurer, AGDBYA.
Mr. Pranay Vernekar compered the programme for the evening and Mr. Sahil Lotliker, Secretary, AGDBYA, concluded the programme with Vote of thanks.
