on 12/10/2024 upon complaint of Dr. Parvati Joshi r/o Land Scape, Pinto Park, Campal, Panaji Goa N/o RK Puram Colony, Near GirajaVaz Petrol pump, Sector -9, Udaipur, Rajasthan lodged complaint stating that to the effect that on 12/10/2024 at around 00.00 hrs near Goan Hut Shack, Candolim Bardez Goa, accused owner and the staff of the Goan Hut Shack, Candolim with their common intention abused the complainant Dr. Parvati Joshi r/o Land Scape, Pinto Park, Campal, Panaji Goa N/o RK Puram Colony, Near Giraja Vaz Petrol pump, Sector -9, Udaipur, Rajasthan in filthy word and further assaulted the complainant and her friends Dr. Rahul Coudhary and Dr. Narendra Singh Fenin with bamboo on their head and back causing them all bleeding injuries over petty issue.
In this connection registered Calangute PS Cr No. 125/2024 U/s 352, 118(1) r/w 3(5) of BNS
After the registration of the offence accused person namely Mr.Jitendra Singh s/o Bhupender Singh ,age:24 years,r/o namjala Pithorangarh Uttarakhand and Mr.Arun kumar Vishvkarma s/o Lal chandra,age:25 years r/o Chauka,Janghai Allahabad Uttarpradesh identified,as such they were apprehended and they were brought at police station and were placed under arrest after observing all supreme guidelines.
